Chia Seed Pudding

I am obsessed with Chia at the moment there is so much you can do with it! I found out about Chia Seed pudding a few years back but for some reason I could never get it to set/ gel I think I must have just had a bad batch of seeds anyway I’ve figured it out and have been making it nearly everyday. I would describe its consistency not to dissimilar to porridge or tapioca, its super versatile and you can add whatever toppings you want to it and also it is bursting with omega 3, fiber, magnesium and protein. There are so many ways to go about making Chia Seed pudding but this is my current favourite and also its perfectly acceptable to have this for breakfast, you’re welcome.

1 Teaspoon Almond Butter

100 ml Almond Milk ( or whatever milk you are into)

2 Tablespoon Chia Seed

1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup

Dash of Vanilla

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients together and make sure everything is incorporated well, you can adjust the ingredients to you like and maybe add some sea salt.

Leave it in the fridge over night or until it is pudding like in consistency (mine set in 4 hours)

Serve with fresh fruit, yoghurt or a some cheeky mini eggs!
